The Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation is awarded by the National Association of Realtors through the Residential Sales Council. The CRS designation is the nationally recognized symbol
for residential sales excellence in the United States.
To receive this honor, a Realtor must complete a series of specialized and detailed training courses as well as demonstrate a record of positive performance based on actual transaction history.
