The Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) designation is awarded by the National Association of Realtors to those Realtors that complete a comprehensive curriculum of courses on international property, currency, and cultural topics. CIPS designees must also complete a number of international real estate transactions to complete their requirements. Along with the designation comes access to the CIPS worldwide network of seasoned international real estate professionals, thereby giving my clients access to property listings and property buyers in virtually any part of the world.
